1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website (techkola.com), software platforms, digital APIs, and mobile applications published on global app stores (including Apple App Store and Google Play Store). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All right, title, and interest in and to our services, including software code, system designs, mobile app binaries, brand assets, and the TechKola purple digital kola nut emblem, are owned exclusively by TECHKOLA LIMITED.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from TechKola applications or servers.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or exploits against our digital infrastructure.
• Interfering with system security, data integrity, or availability.
• Using TechKola services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TECHKOLA LIMITED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHKOLA LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal action or dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
